The emotions are a by product of our” Thoughts” and this energy in motion or our emotions impact our vibrational state. The place of creation of this energy in motion is also the place where the energy-vibration is released.

Your thoughts are responsible for creating the circumstances that You are currently in. Your emotional state blocks your focus by attracting similar vibration instances in focus.Does this sound confusing okay then let me explain:

There are two main emotions that determine our reality: fear-based emotions and love-based emotions. The fear based emotions in effect brings down your vibrations and you attract more of low vibrations and you flood your life with it blaming every other thing on the universe for it.

So if you are angry or low ,then you will witness every thing going wrong/not so good in a day for example: your car may breakdown, your driver can be late, your wife can be extremely irritable or your maid will not turn up, you will get stuck in traffic…these are all low vibration situations which you attract being a perfect match to these 

If you are in a love based emotion state that is the higher vibration state you will be a perfect match to the emotions as love, joy, faith, trust, inner strength, confidence… for example you see all happy faces around,work becomes interesting, everything goes perfectly smooth and you feel a sense of joy. This is because all these situations are a perfect match to the love based high vibrations you are experiencing.

So try to focus on things/situations/events that create love based emotions that will keep you in a state of higher vibrations.

If you wish your life to be different in the future it is necessary for you to change your emotions which in turn change your thinking in the present. By doing so you change the direction of your life!

Love-based emotions: love, joy, faith, trust, inner strength, confidence, belief,happiness, caring, sharing, forgiveness, openness, passion, freedom, harmony, honesty, beauty, compassion, self-love, self-appreciation, respect, acceptance, peace, balance between giving and receiving, understanding, positivity and again the list is long001
