I AM the Soul!”

Meditation on Prosperity

It is in giving that we receive.
As we sow abundantly,
We reap abundantly.
This is the Divine Law.

As I give and share generously and abundantly,
my life is blessed with great financial
and material prosperity.

Money flows to me easily, constantly
and in great abundance.
Whatever I invest comes back to me
many, many times.

My life is Blessed with
so much Abundance,
so much Prosperity,
so much Success.

I am blessed with tremendous prosperity
And I lived a life of moderation,
Discipline and spirituality.

I am healthy and very happy.
I am enjoying every moment of my life.

May every person, every being be blessed with
good health, happiness, prosperity and spirituality.

With thanks and in full faith. So be it.

Are Your Relationships Suffering Because of Family Karma?? Read On…

Standard

Relationships are a great way to learn life lessons; whether you decide to stay in a relationship or move on is your personal choice but the best thing is to learn your life lesson than changing partners because the more you avoid the lessons the tough it gets 🙂

Image

As a soul we choose our life experience , so we choose our parents and family member to help us learn and evolve as a person. Each member of the family has a karmic responsibility towards other family members to help them workout the unhealed aspect of their soul. So a bullying brother/ an abusive father/cranky mother or a lazy sister all are grouped together in a family. The universe works in macrocosm and microcosm. At human level the Karma/ learning starts from an individual, then there are family learning, then every place/area/city/state/country/continent has its own karma/learning and it expands to planets and solar systems.

So souls born in Africa/ Afghanistan chose these places as their birth place to go through a life experience based on the Karma/learning they wanted to go through.

Every family has a neural encodement that is passed on from child to parents with certain ideals and beliefs. You are automatically subjected to a thinking pattern/beliefs and ideals along with your own soul encodements. So you assess the world based on these encodements part of your neural patterns the aspects where they both are aligned there is a feeling of belonging and where there is non alignment between your soul and family neural patterns you face conflicts. These conflicts have a higher purpose to serve in your expansion. For e.g you chose to learn a lesson on Trust and Love . To understand what is  love and trust you will be faced with the absence or lack of these emotions so you choose to be born to parents who were constantly under conflict based on trust issue and it resulted in an unhealthy childhood and a longing for love. Bybeing close to your family members you will pick up certain patterns in your subconscious which will mean love and trust to them.So if spending money was a way of showing love you will understand love through money, if helping household work was a way of showing love you will pick up service as love.

Image

These subconscious pattern will lie dormant till you meet with triggers in your life , if there is an unhealed aspect of love and trust they will act as magnifying glass. So they will keep challenging your learning till you get aligned to your higher soul.

Most of the times when you end up in a relationship your subconscious will keep on picking signals of distrust from your childhood experiences. So if you will see anything that closely resembles the childhood experience you will react on impulse. This can make your relationships suffer and even end painfully. The thing you have to understand that the reactions that you pick from family are not applicable to the current relationship at all. They are just picked from your family conditioning which was 20 -30 yrs old or even 50-100 yrs based on the fact that your parents picked from theirs and so on….

Most people find it tough to alter their conditioning and continue to react based on their family conditioning this has actually lead to unhappy marriages/ divorce (not saying the only reason for divorce but this is one of the reasons) Now you must be wondering what is the life lesson and what can be done??

Here are 5 steps :

1. Reflect Your Family Tree

If there is a recurring pattern in the family e.g grand parents had a distanced married life, parents were brought up by a distressed parent insecurity/attention seeking attitude will be passed on to the parent (father/mother) the parents will repeat these behavior and the child will pick up the patterns and will judge his relationships through the pain of grandparent/parents (this can go beyond two generations)

2. Observe your Current Relationship

Check if your conditioned mind is dominant during danger situations 🙂 Danger is anything that your parents could not face; anything that triggered their reactivity. Because when your caregivers are reactive they’re not able give you care. Are you facing dangers?? If there is a pattern just question

i) What that situation means to you

ii) Why is it so bad?

These questions will help you understand whether the reaction is external or an area you need to work on

3. Check for Repetitive Emotional Drama

A repetitive drama can be due to an expectation based on how things should be based on your family conditioning/neural patterns. Now understand one thing your family conditioning and the person you are involved can have a different family conditioning and hence can cause a conflict too. e.g for you intimacy is a danger as your parents used it against each other but for your partner’s parents it was a fulfilling experience. So there will be an emotional drama from your end.

4. Liberate Yourself from Emotional Instability

Once you understand that you are dominated through your family conditioning which can be as old as 100 yrs or more you do not have to apply it to your relationship. Liberate yourself from emotional instability.

5. Forgive and Cut Cords

These experiences are learning at soul level so once you identify them do a forgiveness for your family members and ancestors and cut chords so that you are able to act from your higher self (buddha nature).

“Inner forgiveness gives you the ability to grow, to be free,
and it also gives you the opportunity to generate positive
karma.Inner forgiveness is therapeutic. If you do not forgive
you cannot be internally healed. Forgiving heals the soul.”

Forgiveness Exercise

Even a Straight Line on ECG means Dead….So is Life enjoy the ups and reflect and learn from your lows

But avoid unnecessary drama in your life because of something that you are not even aware 🙂

Lots of Love Sargam

Translation

Where do you search me? I am with you
Not in pilgrimage, nor in Statues, Neither in solitudes
Not in temples, nor in mosques Neither in Kaba nor in Kailash
I am with you o man, I am with you
Not in prayers, nor in meditation, Neither in fasting
Not in yogic exercises, Neither in renunciation
Neither in the vital force nor in the body, Not even in the ethereal space
Neither in the womb of Nature, Not in the breath of the breath
Seek earnestly and discover, In but a moment of search
Says Kabir, Listen with care, Where your faith is, I am there.

Meditations, Mindfulness and other spiritual activites help you calm the waters of emotions so that we can understand our own selves, our own life purpose. How you meditate , what you meditate on is not relevant as long you are connected within.

Love is the only thread binding you and every person, being and object in this universe the way you treat them is how you are treating your self. The entire universe is your projection.

What is the center of the universe?????? It is YOU this is your importance 🙂

DO not belittle this universe by living a wasteful life, find your life purpose and follow it with gratitude and love -Sargam

EASY – The Mantra to Happiness and Fulfilling Relationships

Standard

“Nothing comes Easy in Life ”  “You have to work hard to create and sustain Relationships” “Life is never Easy” Do these phrase sound familiar?? This is how we have been programmed since childhood that life is meant to be a struggle and we should be prepared always. if you have ever been in Love you will understand when we are in a Relationship that is easy time flies by beautifully where as when we are struggling it feels we have been there for ages.

This is the beauty of EASE ; a fulfilling life is when we can live a life with Ease because it is then we are actually living. If I had to describe A Fulfilling Life” in one word?  it would be “EASY” , yes anything and everything that is easy to sustain over time will always last longer. The ease with which you can start a conversation, the ease with which you can just be your natural self , the ease with which you can love people this Ease is what makes it click. 🙂

Let us answer this one questions: Why is it that we are sometimes nicer to strangers than we are to loved ones?

Shouldn’t marriage and relationships lighten our load, not add to our burden? Because if it were the latter, why in the world would any of us sign up for something like this?

Perhaps the problem is that many times we get troubled by a lot of the unnecessary parts of relationships and lose focus on the essentials. In a consistent effort of making things work , we try to go out of our ways to do things we do not like just to make things work and the result is ? It actually does not work out in the long run.

Being happy is being at EASE, you just have to find what/who makes you at Ease 🙂

Gratitude 🙂 Sargam

Balancing of Shiva and Shakti

Standard

A lot of relationships are undergoing transformation with the rise in the earth vibrations some are feeling the change now whereas some have been struggling with the changes for past few years.

The issue is not a change in the partner (any relationship) or your perspective of him/her ,it is actually a change where men/women are experiencing a tug of war within, the tug of war is between the conventional projections that have been passed on through generations or simply the way society defines them.

Since years there is a deep misconception about the roles of masculine and feminine energy in the world. The belief is that masculine energy is a dominant energy, while feminine energy is a submissive energy.  This war between the masculine and the feminine has caused many women to forsake their femininity in an attempt at equality, and many men to forsake their masculine energy out of guilt or embarrassment. In Hindu Mythology this is represented by Shiv and Shakti (Lord Shiva and his consort Shakti )

SHIVA symbolises consciousness, the masculine principle.
SHAKTI symbolises the feminine principle, the activating power and energy.

Whenever a power becomes active, and wherever energy exists, Shakti is working. Other terms for these primal principles are PURUSHA and PRAKRITI; Purusha is consciousness and Prakriti is nature.

Lord Shiva is generally portrayed holding a trident, which represents the trinity of Īshwara, Purusha and Prakriti .

Īshwara is the omnipresent, eternal, formless divine principle; Purusha is the Ātmā and Prakriti is the manifestation, nature. An electric light can be used to explain their relationship. The electric current, which is the source of the light, is Īshwara; the light is Purusha, and the object that is illuminated is Prakriti.

SHAKTI (or Prakriti) means energy, power, movement, change, nature. It is the maternal principle – the provider, abundance. In the human as well as in the animal kingdom the mother offers nourishment, warmth and security. There is no greater love than the love of a mother. The mother carries and nourishes the child in her own body. When it is born she provides it with mother’s milk and raises it at the sacrifice of her own self until it becomes self-reliant.

SHIVA (or Purusha), on the other hand, is pure consciousness – the unchanging, unlimited and unswayable observer. Purusha has no desires whatsoever; these are inherent only in Prakriti. Purusha is the empty, clear screen onto which Prakriti projects her colourful film.

Shiva and Shakti are manifestations of the all-in-one divine consciousness – different sides of the same coin.In many pictures these two primal powers are each depicted as being one half of the same image; one side female and one side male. The left side is the Divine Mother, Pārvatī, the “feminine” energy, and the right side represents Shiva, the “masculine” consciousness.

Through the splitting of the primordial principle at the advent of creation the duality within our lives came into being, together with a strong force that is constantly striving to re-unite with the other part.

Only when Shiva and Shakti combine can action, movement and creation arise. Until energy is impregnated with consciousness it is ignorant, disordered, aimless and “blind”. Energy alone can produce nothing; consciousness bestows upon it content, form and direction. Conversely, consciousness without energy is dormant power, sleeping energy, and on its own is unable to be the cause of anything. Just as Prakriti without Purusha is unable to act, and vice versa, Purusha without Prakriti is also incapable of creating anything.

The balance between Purusha and Prakriti, Shiva and Shakti is where the creation is heading. On this Occasion of Shivratri let us invoke for creative masculine and feminine energies within ourselves.

So do not worry if in relationships your partner speaks about compassion, love, trust, passion and intimacy and gives it priority over control and dominance. Open up your hearts and welcome the change now 🙂 trust me it is for good… for you and the world.
