Thoughts Impact Your Reality

Video

In our day to day life we have forgotten the fact that we are powerful creation of god capable of co creating this universe with the Source. Each one of YOU who is seeing this video is actually changing the physical reality with his/her consciousness. Your emotions are on an auto pilot mode and hence you do not understand the power of YOUR collective consciousness. This video shows the impact of thoughts and words on water molecules and gives us an insight into the power of emotions like gratitude, love, appreciation, truth on water. Our bodies are made of more than 70% water so compassion, love, gratitude is not something that you do for others but for your own well being. Anger hatred and negative words that you speak affect your own well being.

Mindful Presence In Relationships -Being There

“The Best Gift You Can Give Someone Is Your Time”

To love, is above all to be there for your loved ones mindfully. But being there is not an easy thing,If you are not there, how can you love? Being a part of someone’s life is a great privilege which has its own responsibilities. Most of the time we take it for granted because gradually with time we are assured that they will always be there. So we miss our anniversary, our son’s parent teacher meeting, our daughter’s performance at the annual day some parents don’t even remember their kid’s date of birth. Can you relate to any of this?? If yes it is time you pay attention to your relationships and all the wonderful people who are sharing their life with you.

The most precious gift you can give to the one you love is your true presence. What must we do to really be there? Those who have practiced meditation know that meditating is above all being present: to yourself, to those you love, to life.

Here is a very simple practice of mindful breathing: “Breathing–I know that I am breathing in; breathing–I know that I am breathing out.” If you do that with a little concentration, then you will be able to really be there, because in our daily life our mind and our body are rarely together. Our body might be there, but our mind is somewhere else. Maybe you are lost in regrets about the past, maybe in worries about the future, or else you are preoccupied with your plans, with anger or with jealousy. And so your mind is not really there with your body.

Between the mind and the body, there is something that can serve as a bridge. The moment you begin to practice mindful breathing, your body and your mind begin to come together with one another. It takes only 10 to 20 seconds to accomplish this miracle called oneness of body and mind. With mindful breathing, you can bring body and mind together in the present moment, and every one of us can do it, even a child.

Practice of simple words can help in understanding the true meaning of being there.

“Dear one, I am here for you.” Perhaps this evening you will try for a few minutes to practice mindful breathing in order to bring your body and mind together. You will approach the person you love and with this mindfulness, with this concentration, you will look into his or her eyes, and you will begin to utter this formula: “Dear one, I am really here for you.” You must say that with your body and with your mind at the same time, and then you will see the transformation.

Do you have enough time to love? Can you make sure that in your everyday life you have a little time to love? We do not have much time together; we are too busy. In the morning while eating breakfast, we do not look at the person we love, we do not have enough time for it. We eat very quickly while thinking about other things, and sometimes we even hold a newspaper that hides the face of the person we love. In the evening when we come home, we are too tired to be able to look at the person we love.

We must bring about a revolution in our way of living our everyday lives, because our happiness, our lives, are within ourselves.

ACCEPTANCE first step to Change :)

Standard

When we make a mistake and keep justifying in order to avoid embarrassment we actually lead ourselves to more mistakes. Acceptance leads to expansion , when we accept things, life and people as they are we release resistance.

We do not get better by overriding or overcoming our difficulties.  We get better by understanding and accepting them. Acceptance is a stepping stone to a change to a new and better you and your world.Image

Accept the past as past, without denying it or discarding it. Reminisce about it, but do not live in it. Learn from it, but do not punish yourself about it or continually regret it. Most of all, do not get stuck in it… move forward. Each day brings you closer to your well-deserved destiny.”

Your Life is your STORY choose how you want to tell :)

This is an Interesting Title I am not sure if you can guess what this is about 🙂 . I just happen to read a post,  “When you learn HOW to suffer, you suffer much less!” Most of our life incidents become a story especially the bad ones , I mean when we are really put to test. The suffering from the unpleasant experience alone is enough to create a turbulence in mind and heart but it gets worse when we marinate it.

Focus on life stories that make you smile , that make your heart fill with love and gratitude it will help you and others as well by attracting more happy things in life.

Parenting Our Emotional Self

Standard

Our emotional selves are like children that never ever grow up no matter how ascended(evolved) we are. We all just have to learn to parent ourselves in a way that we have never been parented. It is as simple like this..when a kid gets angry we do not condemn him instead we embrace them this is what we need to do to ourselves when we are angry/miserable.

Anger is just like a red flag that there are unresolved issues that need to be addressed with love and approval within ourselves. This emotion has to be treated by YOU just like a kid who has no one in the room except YOU to help out.

Society has conditioned us in a way that if something is going wrong we should either hide it or push ourselves harder to overcome it but this is worse to go somewhere. How hard can you try with people/situations/relationships where you do not have control? You don’t have to try hard to please them and make it work instead you have to just love and approve for all the fear that you have within.

So try to be a better parent for that emotional kid you have within ..it needs you more than anyone and no one except you can embrace it. No body in the world can love it the way you can. Here is a simple technique by Thich Naht Hahn

It’s extremely simple and can be done anytime, anywhere and in virtually any circumstance.

Seven simple steps to embrace your emotional self:

  1. Whenever you become aware of your negative thoughts and emotions, instead of ignoring them, or disapproving them, identify, acknowledge and honor them.
  2. Become very clear on what is upsetting you. Identify the exact thoughts that are creating the negative emotion. Are they self-judging, bad memories, or anxiety about future events? Aee these causing any dis-ease in the body? Is it insecurity or a fear of the unknown?
  3. Next, identify the specific emotions that arise in you as a result of these negative thoughts. What do they feel like? Is there tightening in your chest? Is your stomach being hurt or is there a throbbing sensation in your head? Try listen to your body.
  4. Once you’ve clearly identified the thought(s) and emotion(s), close your eyes and explore the imagery they subsequently create in your mind (once you’re familiar with the practice, you won’t always need to close your eyes—i.e., if you’re driving, or in public you can still do this.) Do the thoughts and emotions create colors, shapes, figures? Are they abstract or clear? The important thing is to let your thoughts and emotions create the imagery while you simply become aware of what they are.
  1. Breathe. We’re at the half way mark and I’d like to offer you sincere congratulations on completing the first half! Our natural tendency is to suppress these uncomfortable thoughts and emotions, often telling ourselves that we will deal with them later but honestly, that later never comes. Unfortunately for most of us, it never does. So even just by taking the time to become conscious of, and identify these unpleasant thoughts and emotions is a huge step! Let’s not stop there however, because here’s where the really good stuff starts to happen.
  2. This step is where everything begins to change! Once you have the mental images of what your thoughts and emotions look like (and even if there’s no image at all, this practice still works), picture yourself holding the image (or lack thereof) in the same way a mother holds a newborn baby. Picture the image of your painful thought and emotion wrapped in a warm blanket, being held with very loving care closely to your heart, your chest, as you extend it very sincere compassion from your heart center. (You can also use the imagery of wrapping the thought/emotion in a warm blanket and placing it in a baby carriage, and rocking the carriage back and forth.)
  3.  Next, mentally (or verbally) say to the image that you know it’s there and you promise to care for and hold it with compassion until it’s ready to go. Do your best to say these words from a very sincere place in your heart.

Through bringing our attention to the image of our painful thoughts and emotions, and tending to it with an open heart, we’re doing the most natural thing we can—expressing love. Instead of ostracize our uncomfortable thoughts and emotions accept and embrace them with love.

The thoughts and emotions will often subside very quickly. Sometimes, however, they aren’t ready to go so fast, and that’s fine. When we initially tell them we’d be with them as long as they need us, we were sincere in that intention. So when the thoughts and emotions bother us, we honor and hold them dearly in our heart for as long as it takes.

Did you Water Your Roots Today?

Standard

Physical hygiene is a very important part of our daily regime. Brushing our teeth, taking bath and then the upkeep of it with regular physical activity and spa and salon visits we ensure that it is maintained for ages.

But do you know every day we generate more than 60,000 thoughts of all kinds, and they get stuck up in our energy body and we sleep with it day in and day out doing nothing about it. At an age of 45 yrs we accumulate around 270 million thoughts in our energy body and we live with them till the end of our lives.

As thoughts are living entities are mind and Chakras feeds on it our emotional and energetic hygiene becomes far more important. The reason that we fall sick even after maintaining proper hygiene and physical activity and experience emotional surges (depression and anxiety) that bogs us down is because of unhygienic energy bodies. Clairvoyantly the energy body or aura cluttered by thoughts and old energy appears as grey in color. This obstructs the flow of ‘prana’ or life force energy in our body and we fall sick.

Let us consider our body as a healthy plant ,no matter how much you care for the plant, dust its leaves, spray disinfectant , put it in sunlight, but if you don’t take care of the roots which is the life support of the plant ,the plant ultimately even after all your hard work will decay and die. So we have to water the plant ,provide manure and nourishment to the roots,

Throughout our lives we keep taking care of the leaves, fruit, shoots but we forget the root of this body which is the soul, the energy body. It needs to be cleaned and nurtured with meditation and spirituality. We need to be watchful of our thoughts as the thoughts feed the mind and chakras. Psychological issues are caused by these recurring and stuck up thoughts and meditation helps to calm and cleanse our emotional and mental bodies.

Pranic Healing helps in cleansing the Aura (mental and energy body) these are the roots no matter how much you scrub and dust the leaves , branches and shoots we need to supply nourishment to the roots.

Get Well Soon :) :P

Standard

Perfect timing for this article when I am combating fever, tonsillitis and an acute headache and enjoying some silent sarcasm when people say heal yourself or hey you are unwell… Healers, Doctors and Alternate medicine practitioners also fall sick let me be modest and accept Yeah we do fall sick 🙂 but we recover faster as we understand the energetic significance of falling sick.

The widely latched on theory by French Scientist Louis Pasteur in 19th century called the germ theory of disease has been guiding theory for all modern medicine system. Pasteur later on ruled out his own theory saying that germs cannot cause a disease if an underlying reason was not present.

It is the cell environment milieuthat determines what type of germs and how many of them attach to the organic matter. Saying bacteria or virus cause disease is like saying flies cause garbage. This is not true.

Energetically when there is obstruction in free flow of energy due to negativity in our system the body is out of alignment and the cells start decaying and generate perfect conditions for toxicity levels to increase in our body alluring bacteria to thrive and multiply.

Alignment is the only cure for our body and our job is to do whatever it takes to bring the body in alignment. Our body is perfectly designed to be healthy and not ill, so you have to be true to your body and create the perfect conditions for alignment with your thoughts words and actions. Symptom oppression is not healing, symptoms that trigger discomfort in the body are actually helping the body to achieve homeostasis for e.g. fever is our body defense mechanism to generate disease fighting microbes, tonsils is swelling of glands that is a defense mechanism for germs to get inside the body. It is the cough that helps in expelling the germs off your body and by suppressing it you are doing harm to your own body.

Release your resistance to be sick, as what you resist persists, change your thoughts from why you should not be sick to why it is okay to be sick. We are a wonderful creation sometimes we just need to appreciate the magnificence even during adverse conditions. I hope after reading this article we all will enjoy our own private sick times.

I enjoyed every bit of this rest and writing this article 🙂

Shhhh ……Work In Progress…..

Standard

Hey see I am too old to change now…uhmm okay ..so live with it or leave … 🙂 Sounds familiar right???

Many times you keep hearing it is difficult to change habits or people when they get matured and so they live their rest of life just the way they want to. As a healer asking people to change eating habits or introduce meditation or certain lifestyle change in life is like a huge transformation expectation and then again the same subtle push back saying mam I have lived my whole life this way it will take time to change.

Interesting fact is we never were or will be formed completely as every day certain physical part goes through a change , cells die and regenerate. Our liver is completely brand new in 6-8 weeks 🙂 our skin changes in few weeks and we have a new one so actually we are always a work in progress copy of what we think we are.

Emotionally we generate 60,000 thoughts a day and they keep changing too from one vision frame to another we constantly keep generating thoughts so in a nut shell I am not the same as I was yesterday nor I will be same as tomorrow we are WORK IN PROGRESS till the end of this physical body.

Changes are hard to make in a finished product but anything that is work in progress can change with ease 🙂 So stop giving excuse and be committed to manifest your own greatness make the best of YOU ❤
