Inner Conversations: Journey to the Mysterious Stonehenge

This year we decided to take a trip with our little one to UK so that she could meet her grandparents. This was Samaira’s first trip abroad so the itinerary had to be carefully planned to suit the little one’s comfort. While planning for the trip we decided to stay in London for a few days as the vacation planner of the family I was very keen to check if I could make the trip to the so called “Heart Chakra” of the planet Earth the mysterious area of Salisbury, Glastonbury and Avebury. I looked at a number of itineraries and tours but none were baby friendly or I must say infant friendly. Then I happen to come across Pat Shelly, Pat is an experienced guide and conducts private tours of Stonehenge. I mailed Pat to find out if he could accommodate an infant on his coach tour of Stonehenge and I received a prompt reply from him that he would be more than happy. I booked a private viewing of Stonehenge on 11th August 2016 for three of us.

This was the only tour that we could take with Samaira considering that she can not travel more than 4-5 hours in a coach and as we were informed there will be lots of walking required and the terrain is not baby push chair friendly we will need to carry her we just decided to cover Stonehenge in this trip. There is something compelling about these trips which are full of excitement and mystery. A similar experience was Delphi in Greece last year where we visited the Temple of Apollo it is also considered as the Navel Center of Earth. You can read about the Greek Sojourn a journey with nearly 5 months of pregnancy. This year it was the journey to the Heart center of Gaia. My husband is not too much into esoteric journeys but has been a co traveler in many of my trips and thanks to it I am able to get some lovely shots of the place.

A lot has been written about the Stonehenge however in this blog I will be sharing my own experience of the place. I had the company of Pat Shelly an amazing tour guide however I was not able to be with him to hear the archaeological discussions as I was busy ensuring Samaira was warm and well comforted as the winds were very strong. Here is some Wikipedia information on Stonehenge to brief you all so that you understand why it was such a compelling journey on my to do list. Stonehenge is a prehistoric monument in Wiltshire, England, 2 miles (3 km) west of Amesbury and 8 miles (13 km) north of Salisbury. Stonehenge’s ring of standing stones are set within earthworks in the middle of the most dense complex of Neolithic and Bronze Age monuments in England. Archaeologists believe it was constructed from 3000 BC to 2000 BC. The surrounding circular earth bank and ditch, which constitute the earliest phase of the monument, have been dated to about 3100 BC. Radiocarbon dating suggests that the first blue stones were raised between 2400 and 2200 BC, although they may have been at the site as early as 3000 BC…………. Wow that is really really long time back and it is really amusing to see them standing tall and strong even today.

Mighty stones of Stonehenge

Midsummer celebrations have been held in Britain at the time of the solstice for thousands of years and  every year it attracts 1000s of visitors at Stonehenge and near by Avebury stone circles. Stonehenge is believed to have been used as an important religious site by early Britons 4,000 years ago. The Stonehenge Free Festival was a British free festival from 1974 to 1984 held at Stonehenge during the month of June, and culminating on the summer solstice. The festival was a celebration of various alternative cultures. The Tibetan Ukrainian Mountain Troupe, The Tepee People, Circus Normal, the Peace Convoy, New Age Travellers and the Wallys were notable counterculture attendees. (Source internet)

We reached this amazing site at 7.45 pm in the evening and then navigated through the grasslands inside the stone circle. The amazing serenity of the place, the crisp and pure winds , the large expanse of sky and amidst it stands this secluded circle of humongous stones. The sight actually awe strucks you , standing among these chalk stone slabs which have stood through the ages felt so familiar may be who knows this monument was visited or built by people I knew 🙂

Some people say it was an ancient timeclock, some a temple , others a passage from life to death but for me this place has something to feel within. The monument is only a landmark ,there is much more to be understood and decipher.I spend some time looking at the massive chalk stones and I was really amused just as most of the people would be as to how these  Trilithons (the two vertical stones topped by a horizontal stone) were installed in that age where each stone weighed more than 15 tonnes??. Imagine the kind of vision and leadership needed to encourage  thousands of people to work together to set up Stonehenge. Even if it was Super beings who did it as believed by many , they have surely left a mark on the planet that has undergone the test of time and still stands magnificently

There have been many theories around Stonehenge just like the pyramids of Egypt but for travelers like me who are looking to experience these sights there is much more to experience and questions than only how they were built, why they were built etc. When I sat down to meditate inside the circle I could feel impulses of energy throbbing within the heart and as I closed my eyes I could feel that a lot of energy work had been done in this place. The only thing I wanted to do as an appreciation was a blessing for the creators and contributors of this interesting monument, it is because of these mysteries in the world we realize life is much more than what we are living.

You think because you understand ‘one’ you must also understand ‘two’, because one and one make two. But you must also understand ‘and’.

Shift in Perspective – A Relationship Exercise

Standard

Perspectives Sargam Mishra RelationshipsDo you know the fastest way to spiritually and emotionally evolve in life??

It is through “Relationships” yes …imagine if you were all alone in this world everything would have been the way you wanted to.Relationships bring conflicts and contrasts in life it also helps us to see life through different perspectives. This switch of perspectives gives a variety in thinking because now there is no one way of seeing a situation/person or may be life and hence we see people in similar circumstances but able to experience life in completely different flavors.

However the issues in life arise when we resist this variety in perspectives considering our perspective was the best way at looking life. This is the beginning of issues and problems in life as gradually this resistance makes us fixated to our beliefs and expectations.

Sharing a Relationship exercise you can try think of an instance where you were totally in a disagreement with your partner/boss/mum in law/daughter in law on a particular situation now try to switch perspectives be in their shoes and justify the act from their perspective.
After a monologue for few minutes you will realize that from another perspective that act or situation may not be that bad or may be it makes sense and then the anger and resentment that you were holding will be released. This will help be very helpful in practicing forgiveness during the MCKS Meditation on twin hearts.

Love!!

Our Vulnerable Authentic Self

Standard

We judge, love doesn’t. We judge and we judge and we never stop judging for that is all we know what to do.

When we judge we separate from love for it is impossible to be in the heart and to judge at the same time.

We all want to experience our Authentic Self but most of us are living a life putting up different masks. So there are many versions of “Me” : For Friends, for close Relationships, for Professional work and sometimes a version of Me for Me in my dark moments and Me in my Happy Moments.

Can you imagine how much time and effort we spend in maintaining and living these different versions of ME?? And sometimes living so many lives in one life we end up exhausted unable to live the life we really wanted to. Being vulnerable or being our true self is considered a weakness by many of us. It is hard for us to see and accept people when they are open about their life issues and problems. Sometimes we just don’t want to express our sadness and sorrows as we want to deal with them alone. It was really interesting for me when I started on my relationship journey there were interesting situations that just cropped up every few months and I always wonder if my relationship was worth pursuing. Most of my friends appeared super happy, later when we spoke in depth I realized how everyone had their own struggles. Due to our own internal wow of secrecy and The I AM ALRIGHT SYNDROME when things may not be alright at all ; we create barriers and boundaries in relationships. Most issues in relationships are because of avoiding vulnerability. As exposing our weaknesses in a relationship makes us feel powerless , at high risk of being hurt. But we only realize it later that one can develop deeper bonds by connecting with others once we have exposed ourselves completely.

“To love someone fiercely, to believe in something with your whole heart, to celebrate a fleeting moment in time, to fully engage in a life that doesn’t come with guarantees – these are risks that involve vulnerability and often pain. But, I’m learning that recognizing and leaning into the discomfort of vulnerability teaches us how to live with joy, gratitude and grace.”

brene brown n vulnerability

Most of us go through similar situations, when a loved one passes away, when we are in a broken relationship, when there are family issues we just act to be ALL RIGHT due to this internal Vow of Secrecy. The fear of being judged and being labelled as vulnerable is so big that we just don’t want to share. So we remain with the wounds for the rest of our life and energetically we obstruct the flow of the life force energy within us.

As human beings we thrive and grow on LOVE ; the moment we create boundaries and barriers for love to flow we restrict the flow of life force energy within us.This manifests as physical and emotional illness. Healing can only happen when we are ready to be vulnerable, when we are open to share the pain and issues no matter how deep and ugly they are.

We talk about feeling One with god and one with all this “Oneness” is only possible when we are able to open ourselves and allow healing of our wounds. Our shadow aspects or darker areas of life can only be healed when we allow or open up to receiving the love and light.

Our Modern medicine system is highly evolved but it fails miserably because by medicine alone we cannot heal the broken heart that causes heart disease. We cannot heal diabetes by injecting and controlling insulin because there needs to be an emotional clearing. We are losing our connection with our own feelings and emotions ; we are unable to listen to what our bodies are telling us. As a friend, a parent or a loved one the only thing we can do is help people be their authentic self ; allow them to be vulnerable to love. We are emotional beings and any healing will not help if it does not address the emotions by touching our hearts. We need healers, counselors and coaches that can help us as friends ,walk with us no matter how broken we are.

When we are vulnerable we put away the fancy airs
we put on and drop our self-image, which is always
hoping to look a little better than we actually feel.

Love n Masks. Sargam

The most important key to finding the Love of the heart  is found in our willingness and ability to be vulnerable”

1.Vulnerability is so much easier when you love yourself.

Think about it. When you don’t love all of you and are afraid to show people the less than stellar parts, the space between you and vulnerability is like the Grand Canyon. You will need all the courage you can get to make the leap across.

But when you love yourself, and I mean all of you, you don’t worry so much if someone else doesn’t. And when you’re less afraid of rejection, you step right into that place of openness.

2. Vulnerability takes practice

You don’t just learn it once and then—ta-dah!—you’re easily open to everything and everyone. It takes constant practice and deliberate choice to be vulnerable.

3. The rewards of vulnerability are immeasurable.

With vulnerability, you experience true connection—true love for yourself—and you begin to attract people to you who are inspired by your openness.

While it’s not easy to be vulnerable, you’d be surprised how loving all of you and then sharing it with another can help you to connect with anyone. In my own life, I’m continuing to open up through my blogs and by sharing my experiences.

“Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity. It is the source of hope, empathy, accountability, and authenticity. If we want greater clarity in our purpose or deeper and more meaningful spiritual lives, vulnerability is the path.”

A Healthy Gut – Understanding Gastrointestinal Disorders

Standard

The number of people with digestive disorders (Acidity, Acid Reflux, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis, celiac disease, IBS, constipation, diarrhea, GERD, candida and food allergies) is on the rise. Just ten years ago, only 1 in 10,000 people were diagnosed with these diseases, today the number is 1 in every 500! Astounding isn’t it.

Acidity seems to be one of the common ailments these days just like cold and cough 🙂 mostly common around the age group of 30 and above people usually deal by taking over the counter antacids to get relief. By taking up an antacid you are just temporarily working on shutting down the symptom ignoring the ’cause’ . Most of us at some point in life have suffered from poor digestive health.  In this blog we will understand our GUT (Gastrointestinal Tract) and how we can ensure its well being both emotionally and physically.

Hippocrates — the ancient Greek father of medicine — once said that “all diseases begin in the gut.” In many ways, he was right.

Let us first understand What is your gut?

It is your intestinal tract, and what goes on there has a huge impact on your overall health and well being.Did you know that what goes on in your gut can directly affect your emotional well being? That poor digestion can actually cause neurological and psychological disorders? Wonder How is this possible??? Let us see what comprises our GUT the following figure depicts the various parts of the Gastrointestinal System.

Gastro Intestinal System

The Siamese Twin of Brain – The Gut 🙂

“Have you ever wondered why people get butterflies in the stomach before an exam ? Or why an impending job interview can cause an attack of intestinal cramps? And why do antidepressants targeted for the brain cause nausea or abdominal upset in millions of people who take such drugs? The reason for these common experiences is because each of us literally has two brains — the familiar one that we know as BRAIN in our skulls and a lesser-known but vitally important one found in the human Gut. Like Siamese twins, the two brains are interconnected; when one gets upset, the other does, too.” So writes science journalist Sandra Blakeslee for the New York Times.

sargam _gut feeling

Indeed, the human digestive tract contains over one million nerve cells, about the same number found in the spinal cord. There are actually more nerve cells in the overall digestive system than in the peripheral nervous system. Furthermore, major neurotransmitters found in the brain — including serotonin, dopamine, glutamate, norepinephrine and nitric oxide — occur plentifully in the gut as well. Enkephalins — described as the body’s natural opiates — also occur in the intestinal tract, as do benzodiazepines, psychoactive chemicals similar to mood-controlling drugs like Valium and Xanax. (source)

In other words, poor digestive health can lead to mood disorders and other neurological disorders. Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride has made the connection quite thoroughly in her book, The Gut and Psychology Syndrome.

So now we understand that having acidity or other severe ailments related to the gut is not only a physical concern. As a pranic healer all this information is interesting many of you will already be aware that there is a connection between your mind and body, and you may wonder exactly how what you perceive actually impacts your physiology. Your perceptions play a pivotal role in your well-being. When you perceive an event to be supportive to your highest values you will tend to open up to it; when you perceive an event to be challenging to your highest values you will tend to close down to it. This has an impact on your metabolism and your physiology which is then turned on or off accordingly depending on these initial interpretations of support or challenge. That doesn’t mean every functional gastrointestinal (GI) illness is “all in your head.” But psychology can combine with physical factors to cause symptoms. Stress or depression can affect the movement and contractions of the GI tract, cause inflammation or make you more susceptible to infection.

Given these connections, it’s no surprise that a review of 13 separate studies showed that people with functional gastrointestinal illness who tried psychologically-based approaches found greater relief from their symptoms than those who received conventional treatment alone.

Understanding The Physical and Energy Body Connection
Gastrointestinal System is energized and controlled by one of the major energy center the Solar Plexus Chakra and Navel Chakras (Manipura)
Manipura is located just above the naval and below the rib cage. It is our energy center and it radiates vital life energy (prana) through-out our entire body. It is where our Will Power comes from;  our ability to achieve, self-esteem, raw emotions, and self-discipline are all governed by the Manipura. It is where we can have a mental understanding of our emotional self. The Manipura not only governs the emotional and mental aspect of your psyche but also your psychic experiences. Often a feeling of intuition or “gut feeling” in a certain situation will benefit you greatly if you listen to it.

The chakras are energy whirlpools feeding the emotional and physical body. So the emotional imbalances are the root cause for issues of the gut lets see what are the emotions related with a balanced, over activated and under activated Solar Plexus:

When this Chakra is in balance you will be in complete control over your emotions and thoughts. Your ego mind, or small mind will have no unwanted influence over your actions. You will know without a doubt, and accept your place in the Universe, have self-love and, in turn, have a great appreciation for all the people in your life and the uniqueness that they bring to world. When in tune, your Solar-plexus will radiate warmth and joy through-out your entire being, and to others who come into contact with you.

Over-active Solar-plexus Chakra

If your chakra is over-active you may be  judgemental or critical – and you will easily find fault in others. You may be demanding and have extreme emotional problems, being very rigid or stubborn (it’s either your way or no way). Often anger, or aggressiveness result from an over-active chakra. You may always be planning to do things, but never doing, and your work or interests become a priority over things you have to do (a workaholic). You may also be a perfectionist and can’t settle on something that is already good enough, it always has to be better.

Under-active Solar-plexus Chakra

If this chakra is under active it can cause severe emotional problems. You may have a lot of doubt and mistrust towards the people in your life, and worry too much about what other people might think about you. You may also run on “auto pilot” avoiding your feelings of depression or anxiety; you may feel afraid or alone when you start to look at what you have been avoiding. You also may feel that you are not good enough and be seeking a constant approval of others, this can lead to a need, or dependency on the people in your life.

If you can relate with these emotions you will know that problems with gastrointestinal tract is not something that is because of external stimulants only ,your emotional imbalance or repetitive thought patterns manifest as a physical disease. Most of us easily can restrict our diet , be regular with exercise and food habits but still continue to live with years of emotional baggage and thought patterns.

Apart from the prescribed medication from your doc you can also look at these tips and integrate for rapid and proper healing.

Tips to HEAL your GUT

1. Salt water bath to ensure etheric hygiene

This is a beautiful article on aura cleansing using salt water bath every day we generate around 60,000 thoughts so till now you have generated 60,000 x 365 x your age most of these thoughts are garbage (anxiety, fear, stress) imagine till date we have done nothing about it and are dragging them with us everyday. Salt water helps to break down these thought patterns.

2. Meditation

Meditation is a great way to take a break from emotional and energetic constipation in our mind. Once we start meditation we can focus on what we want to think vs what is projected onto us  and we can easily introduce new positive thought patterns and help heal our emotional and mental self. I find Meditation on Twin Hearts a wonderful press and play solution.

If you like this meditation you can purchase a copy online or donate to the MCKS Trust fund.

Understanding Sciatica Pain – Emotional Causes and Pranic Healing Treatment

Standard

Sciatica, also called sciatic neuritis, is used to describe symptoms of pain, tingling, numbness and weakness that can radiate from the lower back all the way down to the foot.

These symptoms result from the compression or irritation of one of 5 nerve roots in the spine (sacral nerves S1, S2, or S3 or lumbar nerves L4 or L5) that connect and form the 2 sciatic nerves, or pinching or irritation of the sciatic nerve itself.

The sciatic nerve is the longest and thickest nerve in the body, and originates in the lumbar spine. It then runs down through the buttock area and continues along the back of the leg and branches off to the tibial and common fibular (peroneal) nerves down to the foot.

Sciatica pain pic pranic healingIn most cases, when a sciatic nerve is compressed only one side is affected with pain, although the pain may alternate from one side to the other. Occasionally, the pain is felt on both sides of the lower back and legs.

Although sciatica pain can be debilitating, most people who suffer from sciatica can find pain relief with non-surgical treatments .Treating the cause of the nerve compression is important to prevent sciatica pain from returning.

Symptoms of Sciatica

  • Pain, tingling or numbness that radiates through the lower back, buttocks, and down the back of the leg possibly as far as the foot
  • Pain starts slowly and worsens after standing, sitting, bending backward, walking or sleeping at night
  • Difficulty walking, bending and or sitting
  • Muscle weakness in the hip and/or leg

Emotional Causes

Now let us focus on the emotional causes or the though patterns associated with it. The person is overburden. Sciatic pain occurs in the lumbar area, like lumbago. This may be due to the fact that the person is attempting to portray an image of grandeur and diligence or because the person is proud, does not like to ask for help and believes he can take care of himself and does not need anyone else. Sciatic pain happens for the person to stop and examine his life.

The need to demonstrate grandeur results from a hidden feeling of inferiority. In fact, the person finds it extremely difficult to move away from old beliefs and habits. The need to be self-sufficient and not asking for help indicates pride, which also denotes difficulty in backing off from old beliefs and habits. Sciatic pain occurs mostly in the intervertebral discs, between L4 and L5, or between L5 and S1.

It is precisely in the lumbar area that tensions in the relationship with the partner are located, the same applying to affection, family, work and money, material things, the home, space and mobility, the place where one lives. Everything that represents the person’s roots.

The compression of the disks that sciatic pain represents, instead of leading to a person’s increased grandeur, rather leads to a literal physical shrinkage. The person often ends up with a bent back.

In Eastern medicine, sciatic is related to a problem in the gall bladder meridian. The gallbladder is an organ that facilitates digestion. It is a form of psychological assistance to digestion. The tension that the person feels at this stage is that of anger, resentment, and a taste of something that left a bitter tang.

Gall bladder related conditions indicate difficulty in managing problems, in getting situations clear. What is my place? Am I being given the right recognition? The person undergoes major anger fits, feels helpless, but will not express his feelings. For this reason, he will not expel the bile, keeping it in instead.

There is bitterness, disapproval, pride, hard, rigid thoughts, and self-inflicted violence. The person is excessively controlled and does not allow his life to flow.

From a practical viewpoint, sciatic pain is a trapped nerve in the lumbar area. Since nerves represent communication, sciatic pain denotes difficulty to communicate with someone at home or at work. It is important to start by examining which of the legs is affected.

Pranic Healing is very useful in healing Sciatica Pain

4 Steps to Overcome The Ghosts of The Past

Standard

Sargam on PastWe create our own reality “Law of Attraction” is a supreme law which is applicable across dimensions unlike law of gravity that is very specific to a 3rd dimensional reality.”The Secret” beautifully illustrated this Law and it was talked about in great details by several renowned new age spiritual teachers. Wayne W Dyer the new age spiritual leader had given a beautiful explanation in an interview quoting him.

“First of all, I think the law of attraction has been misstated. You do not attract what you want. You attract what you are. That’s how the law of attraction works.

Twenty-five centuries ago in ancient China, Lao-tzu said there were four virtues. If you live them—if you live in a place of God-consciousness—the universe will give you God-consciousness. If you live in a place of ego-consciousness, though, the universe will give you more of that.

One virtue is reverence for all of life. You revere all life. You never kill, you never harm, you never wish harm, and you never have thoughts of harm directed toward yourself or others. Another virtue is natural sincerity, which is manifested as honesty. Just be honest with who you are. Don’t pretend to be something you’re not. Don’t be a phony. Walk your talk. That’s how God works, so doing it is emulating how Source works. The third virtue is gentleness, which manifests as kindness toward all others.

The fourth virtue, which is relevant here, is supportiveness. If you say to the universe, “Gimme, gimme, gimme,” which is what a lot of the work around the law of attraction says because of a misinterpretation, then the universe gives you back what you offered out. You get more “gimme, gimme, gimme.” “Gimme” means you don’t have enough. You have a shortage. The universe just keeps giving you more shortage because of what you’re thinking and saying.

If, on the other hand, you say to the universe again and again, “How may I serve? How may I serve? How may I serve?” and you live a life of constancy reflecting that principle, the universe will respond back, “How may I serve you?”

There can be several reasons why the Law of Attraction does not work in certain situations. The one main reason for not being in charge of creating our own reality is THE GHOSTS OF THE PASTS.….Prof Bruce Lipton in his book “Biology of Belief” highlighted that every cell in our body is a miniature human being in itself having its own brain, heart, respiratory system and reproductive system wondering ?? It is a beautiful impeccable system trust me 🙂

Each cell stores memories and programs of our past so imagine if while you were a toddler, you got hurt by a hot stove the painful memory associated with that event will always trigger. Same thing happens when we are in an abusive childhood or a painful relationship the hurt of the past is absorbed and stored and gradually as these memories get accumulated over 30-35 or even 60 years it becomes hard to break through these patterns.

We are unable to see the beauty of people instead we use the glasses of past to see them. This also interferes with the LOA the ghosts of the pasts keep visiting us and instead of creating what we want we end up manifesting what we worry about. Remember “Worrying works like a prayer for asking all that you do not want”

GHOSTS OF THE PAST

sargam ghost of the past

Law of Attraction is like standing in front of the mirror and reflecting our thoughts , so if you want money and your thoughts are about not being broke what you reflect to the mirror (universe) is being broke and you end up in a lack of finances.

Similarly when we want a beautiful body and we fuss over our over weight physique what we project to the universe is the image of a flabby figure and there you go , you have more flab 🙂

How to Overcome the Ghosts of the Past:

1. Let go of your past – Good Bad Ugly whatever has happened is done ; what you have today is a present so treat it with love and gratitude.

2. Take Ownership – You and only you are responsible for your life if you keep blaming others there can never be healing.

3. Forgive forgive forgive – There is no better therapy than the act of forgiveness how long do u want to carry the burden of your past??

4. Live in Gratitude  – Each one of us came with a unique purpose so be awake and aware ; be of service, be kind and live each moment of life like it was meant to be. Be conscious creators and create from the point of love and gratitude.

People who are complaining spend their lives complaining; people who are grateful spend their life being grateful  🙂

Miracles – The Power of Faith, Healing and Blessings ( Anterior Cruciate Ligament Healing)

Standard

“Knowing there’s one thing I still haven’t told you: I now believe, by the way, that miracles can happen. ”
― Nicholas SparksA Walk to Remember

As a child I always believed there was something special that each one of us is blessed with. Each one of us is unique; we just have to understand the gifts we have. There was always a knowing that Source has a purpose to create us and he guides and navigates us to our higher purpose in ways that we least understand.

Today I am writing a story of a miracle ; I saw a comment on one of my blogs from a stranger and he asked me to add categories to my blog it was a fair point and I did that. I work for a TCS and a new assignment came in ; we were a team of two people working together. While speaking regarding work I realized he was the same person who had comment on my blog about adding categories. It was a coincidence as in my department there are like 500+ people and it was the two of us working together to accomplish a short assignment together 🙂

We spoke for work a couple of times and then we both connected on the topic of spirituality and Bhagvad Gita and meditation and then I spoke about my passion for energy work (Pranic Healing) . Gradually he also opened up and discussed about his injury Anterior Cruciate Ligament rupture (ACL) and that he was undergoing ACL surgery next month. here is a short write up on the injury:

ACL or anterior cruciate ligament is one of four knee ligaments that are critical to the stability of your knee joint. Your ACL is made of tough fibrous material and functions to control excessive knee motion by limiting joint mobility.Of the four major knee ligaments of the knee, an ACL injury or rupture is the most debilitating knee ligament injury.

A repair of the anterior cruciate ligament is rarely a possibility, and thus the ACL is reconstructed using another tendon or ligament to substitute for the torn ligament. There are several options for how to perform ACL surgery. The most significant choice is the type of graft used to reconstruct the torn ACL

He had an MRI done and had these sudden bouts of excruciating pain ; I did not ask much about the problem and asked if he would want to try healing .He agreed we had a formal discussion however he had already made his mind for surgery in January 2014 he had his appointments in place. We took a leap of faith as this was my first case with ACL and asked to give a month for healing. After every session we shared the experience and it was wonderful just wonderful. We did regular sessions from distance as he was in South of India and I was in Delhi (North) approx 1100 miles 🙂

There were times when his confidence went low due to sudden pain and there were long conversations of motivation. We jointly went through this journey of faith together , regular blessing prayers and healing. His operation was delayed by a month during this time we also met in Delhi had one to one session; meditated together, did blessings :).

He consulted his doctor and had his surgery scheduled for 26th Feb 2014 , I messaged him at night and wished him luck. Then around 12.30 noon he messages me that there was a camera inserted and there was no ACL damage detected it was a minor muscle tear in the meniscus (minor muscle) and hence no operation was needed 🙂

The doctors had the MRI report with them with the ACL damage mentioned and they had nothing to say and comment 🙂 Sometimes Science has no explanation for such extra ordinary happenings MIRACLES that is how they define it. I did not have words just that I was made a channel but this happening strengthen my faith and hence this BLOG.

Once Akhilesh is discharged he will have more to share , this is my thank you blog to SOURCE and for his faith. I wish him a wonderful life ahead 🙂  -Love Sargam

Addiction a Symptom or A Cause?

Heavy dependence upon anything outside yourself is addiction. One can be addicted to drugs and alcohol, to sex and tobacco, gaming and social media, and then there is emotional addiction where one is can also be addicted to blaming people or judging people, to illness, to debt, to being a victim, to being rejected.

In this blog I am sharing with you my encounters with addicts who use emotions, anger and control as means to feel on a high, how you can identify them and what can you do to help them and yourselves if you are one of them.

Here we go ……

I have been working on people regarding their physical and psychological issues providing healing and life coaching solutions and I feel more than the damage that is caused by external toxic agents like drugs, alcohol and smoking people are actually addicted to being in a state of emotional highs and lows. They feel a sense of comfort by being with people where their thirst for these low vibrating emotions is easily fed.

1. The Emotional Empaths : Empaths or hypersensitive persons are in-tune with vibrational frequencies. They are vulnerable to taking on emotional “gunk” belonging to others which can cause them to feel anxious, fatigued, overwhelmed, or hurt They will relive these experiences in their heart and mind and feel on the part of the victims. On the psychological front they will suffer as they think they are powerless and cannot do anything to help others except feeling for the pain.

Physiological and Psychological symptoms: This state of powerlessness manifests as illnesses of the heart and joints (Arthritis, Osteoporosis) and obesity

What can help: Empaths can overcome their powerlessness by actively blessing people and situations, blessing earth and their inhabitants is one of the powerful techniques that is used in MCKS Twin Heart Meditation.

2. Addiction of Control : These people are my favourites as it very tough to counsel and at times they try to control you during sessions 🙂 These people gain a sense of high by trying to control others and feel gratification when people surrender to them. So for them it is My way or Highway attitude but gradually as we all want to be happy the people they control start practicing their free will , causing them to feel incapable of control. Most of the people who worked in high positions in Govt organizations, the eldest siblings are bitten by this addiction. These people are highly manipulative and can alter situations, conversations to prove their view point is in the best interest of others.

Physiological and Psychological symptoms: Skeletal problems, back pain, (Head ache) migraines, impatience, anxiety, palpitation, high blood pressure, anger fits (dual personality symptoms), closed for conversations.

What can help? Deep and slow breathing, practicing ‘letting go’, being close to nature , Nature is perfect example of free will, waterfalls, rain, flowers blooming, birds in sky they are all so beautiful as they are all free.

3. Addiction of Anger: Ok another types really common in my healing clinic, these people come in saying I am unable to control my anger 🙂 actually the problem is they are trying to control people and situations through anger 🙂 Many a times they use anger as a means to do what they want to. Inner child healing helps a lot in identifying why people face sudden rage bursts, it is because in their childhood they saw that anger or stubborn behavior get them what they want and unconsciously they pick it up every time they want things their way.

Physiological and Psychological symptoms: Liver problems, Kidney problems,Cholesterol, High BP, Heart Ailments and Breathing Issues, these people use external toxic stuff and are usually loners

As we are moving on to higher dimensions with earth frequencies increasing we will move to unconditional love and free will. Many people will feel things are not going their way and they will find difficult to control ,feeling alienated by the social circles. We all need to help these people in ways we can and hence this blog.

Improving Self Worth to Heal addiction

In the new age of healing and transformation, the topic of self-worth has become commonplace, and some would even argue it to be overdone. But the truth is self-worth is essential for a strong recovery. It is a powerful player in life.

Self-worth influences one’s life trajectory in many ways, and can be the difference between struggling and living a more effortless existence. When a person has low self-esteem, they may be more influenced by the world around them and their resulting actions.

“To understand the connection between low self-esteem and drug abuse, one needs to understand that low self-esteem is a symptom of any number of conditions,” said Navjyot Bedi, M.D., Medical Director at Talbott Recovery. “Low self-esteem often accompanies the ravages and consequences of addiction.”

It’s almost as if the connection between low self-esteem and addiction isn’t just a connection – it’s a cycle.

“The addiction itself affects self-esteem because a substance use disorder is a uniquely de-humanizing condition by itself,” Dr. Bedi said. “The addict ends up doing things they would have considered unimaginable and that are contrary to their core values.”

Affirmation for Healing Addiction

I can move beyond my addiction. Being addicted is giving up my power to a substance or a habit. I can always take my power back. This is the moment I take my power back! I choose to develop the positive habit of knowing that life is here for me. I am willing to forgive myself and move on. I have an eternal spirit that has always been with me, and it is here with me now. I relax and let go, and I remember to breathe as I release old habits and practice positive new ones.

I forgive myself, and I set myself free (Source https://www.louisehay.com/addiction/)
