Astral projection refers to an out-of-body-experience (OBE) during which the soul leaves the physical body and travels to the astral plane. People often experience this state during illness or when involved in a near death experience, but it is also possible to practice astral projection at will. This article contains instructions on how to get started.
Beliefs play the largest part in Astral Projection. If you believe that you are going to be possessed, you may feel like you are possessed. If you feel like your “silver-cord” is “weak” and that you can’t return, you will feel stuck. Feelings and thoughts are instantly manifested in the Astral Plane, anything you think/fear can seem to happen. Keep your thoughts positive. Don’t try to Astral Project after watching a scary movie.
It’s best not to be mentally or physically tired when attempting astral projection, as you will find it hard to concentrate. Drowsy morning feelings work better than being tired after a long day.
You cannot be hurt mentally/physically by something in the Astral Plane while having an OBE.
Try not to be scared on your first time, or it will seem to become harder to go back to your body.
When releasing your soul from your body, it can also help to imagine yourself all one dull color. Now imagine your colorful soul escaping from your body slowly.
If you feel it’s hard to get back to your body, just imagine yourself striking with your body at the speed of light. You can come back from any place with in one second. Remember your soul is free of distance and time.
“Cancer” is a dreaded disease and there is a lot of pain and suffering involved within the family where there is a cancer patient. Cancer can be physical, emotional or karmic in origin or a combination of them. It is a big setback for any family where a family member is detected cancer it also causes an emotional isolation and it further degenerates the patient.
The whole idea of this blog is to create hope and faith in life and the power of intentions .We have recently seen many cancer survivors like Anita Moorjani, Yuvraj Singh, Lisa Ray, Manisha Koirala,Barbara Mori, Robert Di Niro and the list is really long…..so if they can make it so can anyone else.
Cancer is a term used for diseases in which abnormal cells divide without control and are able to invade other tissues. Cancer cells can spread to other parts of the body through the blood and lymph systems.
Cancer is not just one disease but many diseases. There are more than 100 different types of cancer. Most cancers are named for the organ or type of cell in which they start – for example, cancer that begins in the colon is called colon cancer; cancer that begins in melanocytes of the skin is called melanoma.
Cancer types can be grouped into broader categories. The main categories of cancer include:
Sarcoma – cancer that begins in bone, cartilage, fat, muscle, blood vessels, or other connective or supportive tissue.
Leukemia – cancer that starts in blood-forming tissue such as the bone marrow and causes large numbers of abnormal blood cells to be produced and enter the blood.
Lymphoma and myeloma – cancers that begin in the cells of the immune system.
Central nervous system cancers – cancers that begin in the tissues of the brain and spinal cord.
The abnormal division of cells happens when the mind is unable to control production of cells and these additional cells attach themselves to an organ/tissue/bone/ etc. Chemotherapy and other such treatments heal the physical organ affected but the cause is highly psychological .Pranic Psychotherapy and Physical healing when complimented with the medical treatment is very effective.
Negative emotions such as anger, resentment or hatred over activate and dirty the energy centers which in long term manifest as cancer. There is a proper protocol available in Pranic Healing and a number of testimonials are also available online. There are a number of cases handled in various Pranic Healing Centers the testimonials can be found online as well.
Here are a few tips on helping the body heal through Cancer. Each step is equally important.
1. Avoid wearing any crystals/gems stones: while cancer is present in the body. These crystals, whether in the form of jewelry or in the home, should be wrapped in silk and placed away until the body is completed healed. 1
2. Proper Diet: Avoid eating pork, catfish and eel. These foods are energetically very dirty and should be avoided at this time. It is a good idea to have a proper diet to help accelerate the healing process. If possible become vegetarian and avoid eating yang fruits and anything else that creates heat in the body.
3. Proper Emotion: Avoid long-standing anger, resentment and hatred. Forgiveness, peace, joy, warmth, love, kindness should all be encouraged. Regularly practicing Meditation on Twin Hearts can assist with this. This meditation flushes out dirty emotional energy and produces inner peace, harmony and happiness when practiced regularly.
4. Drink a high quality Rose Oil. This oil has cleansing effects on the body. It transmutes the dirty energy, allows life force to flow smoothly through the meridians and chakras helping the body to normalize itself. Due to its pink prana it also encourages emotions of love, joy, forgiveness. The Rose Oil must be of a high grade. Put 1 drop of rose oil in 1 L of water.
5. Practice Forgiveness. It is necessary to bless and forgiveness those who have hurt you, or you may have hurt. This has a powerful healing effect on the body. Talk to your PranicHealer about doing a Forgiveness Meditation.
6. Neutralize the negative Karma. Find an organization that you would like to donate and/or volunteer regularly. Talk to your Pranic Healer about how doing service can neutralize negative karma and improve the quality of one’s life.
7. Receive proper medical and proper Pranic Healing treatment.
Life is beautiful and should be lived to the best. God is all possibility and anyone who decides to change his fate/medical condition can do it. – The Mantra is “LOVE YOURSELF and LOVE OTHERS “
The central nervous system pours out from the spinal cord, and with it one feels pain. Pain is the most trustworthy sensation a human being can know because it teaches us what hurts. ― Joshua S. Porter, The Spinal Cord Perception
The ancient chakra system which is followed in many healing modalities, like accupuncture, accupressure, pranic healing and many other alternate healing therapies all the major energy centers (chakras) lie on the spine. Also according to the ancient teachings our spine is highly significant in our spiritual advancement. The Kundalini (Chi/ secret energy ) lies as potential energy at the base of the spine and the great saints/advance meditators are able to raise this energy through the chakras to explore/experience awakening.
Ok not to overwhelm 🙂 let us understand the day to day significance. Our spine is an amazing masterpiece creation by god but unfortunately due to our emotional imbalance and offcourse to add on the lifestyle , increasing stress and poor posture there are increasing number of back pain cases seen across the world. Back pain issues in >25 yrs age group is as common ailment as cough and cold and people are living with it till they are diagnosed with spondylitis, sciatica pain, slip disc, numbness in lower limbs or chances of paralysis.
Your spine is composed of 33 vertebrae stacked like building blocks inter layered with shock absorbing discs, no fewer than 641 back muscles and millions of nerve fibres allow you to stand up straight and allow you to twist and bend and remain still. It is a miracle we take for granted.
To simplify this I’m going to refer to these areas as lower, middle and upper back. What you are about to read is not to replace our medical treatment. It is to open up your mindset to the possible emotional connection that may be causing or amplifying your back pain. Our spine is our support system and represents the life support and problems with the back usually mean we feel we are not being supported. Now let us understand the emotions that affect the upper , middle and lower back issues.
The Upper Back (C1 -C7 cervical issues) has to do with feeling the lack of emotional support; feeling significant people in your life don’t understand you or support you. You may feel unloved or you may be holding back your love from someone. Upper back pain could also mean that you feel that somebody is always on your back.
By changing a belief that you are responsible for other people’s happiness, it can relieve pain in your upper back and neck. Do things for others from your heart, not from a place of feeling you have to do it or they won’t love you.Gaining love of yourself will not only increase your happiness – you will be supported from the inside first.
Middle Back Pain ( Thoracic T1 -T !2)emotionally speaking, pain in the middle back comes from feeling guilty about ‘stuff’ from the past. Perhaps you are afraid to explore your past? Maybe you are hiding what is back there? Do you feel stabbed in the back? Do you find yourself wanting to scream out, “Get off my back!”?
In order to move freely into your future, you need to release the past anger and guilt and embrace your present and future with love in your heart.
Lower Back Pain (Lumbar sacral and coccyx) with today’s financial hard times, are your finances in a mess? Do you worry about them excessively? The lack of money, fear of not having enough, or fear of material loss may be the cause of your lower back bothering you. The amount of money you have has nothing to do with it. It’s the fear of lack of financial support, the fear of your own survival that amplifies the pain.
Eliminating paralyzing guilt, clearing your past from anger and transforming your fear into personal power will help you gain control, well-being and find peace of mind you may long for in your life. Pranic Healing, EFT, Neuro Linguistic Programming and other alternate therapies are highly effective.
A back pain is just a symptom so treating it at a physical level is only a short term solution understand and working on the cause will help you lead a better life.

“The minute I heard my first love story,I started looking for you, not knowing how blind that was. Lovers don’t finally meet somewhere. They’re in each other all along.” ― Rumi, The Illuminated Rumi
Relationships are getting challenging in recent times, there is a constant struggle between partners as to who is the BOSS 🙂 With women taking up power positions and men losing the role as providers in a family there are obvious insecurities in relationships. A midst all this people still want to have loving and nurturing relationships as love is the food we all crave for.
Two people can be in a relationship only if they are a vibrational match to each other. You attract people into your life who mirror what you give. In other words, what you vibrate, is what comes back to you – and there is no vibration higher than LOVE.
What ever we want in love it can only come to you if you start giving it without conditions. Most of the people want their relationships to run one way. So we find either of the couple only giving or only receiving and then the relationships reaches a crisis where the one who is only giving has no more left to give and the other who is receiving can no more receive.
Also a very salient feature in love is “YOU CANNOT GIVE WHAT YOU DO NOT HAVE” it also applies materialistically 🙂 So the number one thing is to keep your love tank full by first loving yourself and accept yourself unconditionally. No one in the world can make you feel worthy if you yourself reject yourself.
Love IS or it IS’NT there is nothing like I loved you a year back, but not now …. if it is so the case then it was never LOVE 🙂
Most of the us hurt ourselves time and again to gain love and empathy or to test our loved ones and finally, get hurt as the response is not what we expect. We have a hard time accepting ourselves and we continue tp tax our partners for not filling the gap.
Change is inevitable but no one can change the other person, LOVE IS ABOUT ACCEPTANCE OF GOOD BAD and UGLY and being non judgmental. Security in love is when there is no I or YOU it is WE, the insecurity is only when there is EGO.
“Be Love in all ways, show love for yourself , respect yourself , practice self freedom, practice self trust and sincerity for your own self and then only then you can be LOVE”
It’s a story of hope. For twenty years, The 5 Love Languages has been improving marriages… one language at a time
Having worked with more than 250 subjects in healing in last one year on physical level the most common argument you hear is “I have a physical ailment because of an external factor (change in weather/ met with an accident / ate something / I have an allergy etc etc… the reasons are limitless.
We have to understand that the physical ailment is a symptom of the hidden emotional issues that reside within for years.
Let us take the example of Addiction to cigarette alcohol and intoxicants – Causing cancer tumors etc:
Any person under perfect circumstances in life will never use an abusive substance for his body. Further cancer and tumors is a phenomenon where body makes more cells than required and they attach to the weakest organ of the body. Why will more cells be generated than required is when the control system the brain is messed up by unwanted secretions/impulses. The trigger/impulse is created by the mind and it feeds on emotions. So do you think smoking or drinking is a cause for your poor health? Hmm yes but more than that the toxic emotions are.
The specific emotions and their effects on the body.
Similarly something as abstract as a physical injury due to an accident is also to a great extent an emotional outcome. How ?? If we are mindful in our actions we can skip 95% of chances of being a part of accidents , it is only when we are emotionally not balanced we can trip, we can be hit or injured. 🙂
98% of the population is leading an acrimonious life full of negativity. We concentrate on what is not important in life. The purpose of life is to create abundance in all areas, to live in happiness to experience being.
The media sells anxiety, the government puts control, the society creates pressure and the result is a poor quality of life. We are all running an endless race 🙂 I think it is time for us to stop and think were we born to experience suffering , if we are made in the image of god, if god resides in each of us I am sure we were born for a greater purpose. If we can let go of negativity in life and embrace a positive lifestyle we will live a better life:

“Lose what needs to be lost , to find what needs to be found”
Pranic Psychotherapy, EFT, Forgiveness, Tithing,Shadow Work, and meditation and other techniques that work on clearing emotional blockages are found effective 🙂 for most of the chronic ailments.
“Knowing there’s one thing I still haven’t told you: I now believe, by the way, that miracles can happen. ”
― Nicholas Sparks, A Walk to Remember
As a child I always believed there was something special that each one of us is blessed with. Each one of us is unique; we just have to understand the gifts we have. There was always a knowing that Source has a purpose to create us and he guides and navigates us to our higher purpose in ways that we least understand.
Today I am writing a story of a miracle ; I saw a comment on one of my blogs from a stranger and he asked me to add categories to my blog it was a fair point and I did that. I work for a TCS and a new assignment came in ; we were a team of two people working together. While speaking regarding work I realized he was the same person who had comment on my blog about adding categories. It was a coincidence as in my department there are like 500+ people and it was the two of us working together to accomplish a short assignment together 🙂
We spoke for work a couple of times and then we both connected on the topic of spirituality and Bhagvad Gita and meditation and then I spoke about my passion for energy work (Pranic Healing) . Gradually he also opened up and discussed about his injury Anterior Cruciate Ligament rupture (ACL) and that he was undergoing ACL surgery next month. here is a short write up on the injury:
ACL or anterior cruciate ligament is one of four knee ligaments that are critical to the stability of your knee joint. Your ACL is made of tough fibrous material and functions to control excessive knee motion by limiting joint mobility.Of the four major knee ligaments of the knee, an ACL injury or rupture is the most debilitating knee ligament injury.
A repair of the anterior cruciate ligament is rarely a possibility, and thus the ACL is reconstructed using another tendon or ligament to substitute for the torn ligament. There are several options for how to perform ACL surgery. The most significant choice is the type of graft used to reconstruct the torn ACL
He had an MRI done and had these sudden bouts of excruciating pain ; I did not ask much about the problem and asked if he would want to try healing .He agreed we had a formal discussion however he had already made his mind for surgery in January 2014 he had his appointments in place. We took a leap of faith as this was my first case with ACL and asked to give a month for healing. After every session we shared the experience and it was wonderful just wonderful. We did regular sessions from distance as he was in South of India and I was in Delhi (North) approx 1100 miles 🙂
There were times when his confidence went low due to sudden pain and there were long conversations of motivation. We jointly went through this journey of faith together , regular blessing prayers and healing. His operation was delayed by a month during this time we also met in Delhi had one to one session; meditated together, did blessings :).
He consulted his doctor and had his surgery scheduled for 26th Feb 2014 , I messaged him at night and wished him luck. Then around 12.30 noon he messages me that there was a camera inserted and there was no ACL damage detected it was a minor muscle tear in the meniscus (minor muscle) and hence no operation was needed 🙂
The doctors had the MRI report with them with the ACL damage mentioned and they had nothing to say and comment 🙂 Sometimes Science has no explanation for such extra ordinary happenings MIRACLES that is how they define it. I did not have words just that I was made a channel but this happening strengthen my faith and hence this BLOG.
Once Akhilesh is discharged he will have more to share , this is my thank you blog to SOURCE and for his faith. I wish him a wonderful life ahead 🙂 -Love Sargam
“The higher the sun rises, the less shadow it casts.” – Lao Tzu
This has been an interesting topic for me as for few years with careful observations into people life, their behaviors and psychology , I realized that every person has a dark side to him/her. This is the person lesser known to people around and is also less familiar to the person himself/herself. With years of practice they have mastered the art of concealing this shadow self. This shadow is always there with us and I am sure we hear it during our weakest moments. Understanding our shadow self is a journey that take us to the heart of the duality that exists within each one of us. It is the split between the higher self and the lower nature; a split between emotional pain and spiritual liberation.
Our ego likes to think that we are inherently good human beings and we don’t dwell in any negativity. But then one day when somebody hurts us, we go overboard with anger and resentment. In another situation, if we experience failure or someone unexpectedly points a finger at us, we are suddenly filled with fear, confusion and guilt. Our first instinct in such situations usually is to defend ourselves and protect our identity.
This storehouse of emotions in your shadow has an immense role to play in your relationship with yourself, particularly in setting yourself free. The world is simply a mirror, reflecting back to us our own inner state. If you are overflowing with love for yourself and others, you’ll experience people who are feeling this love and their love is reflected back towards you. On the other hand, if all you see in your outer world is disharmony, anger and fights, then there must be an inner battle happening deeper inside. Every aspect of our self that we have denied, every thought and feeling that we think are unacceptable eventually makes itself known in our lives. We have mastered the art of locking our feelings (negative) and we consciously ignore them and move forward in life. These unattended feelings and tendencies then emerge when we least expect them and destroy our lives, reputation and hard work in minutes. The shadow is very much a part of you, if we can accept it and love it without being judgmental or resentful it can lead to deeper understanding of your soul. So many of us have walked the hall of shame due to these shadows taking over our lives and made us live a life of misery and pain for years.
Awareness and acceptance is the only way to improve. We can start confronting and dealing with our shadow selves in our day to day life by being aware; a short Q n A for our shadow aspect can help us understand what needs to be worked on as nicely illustrated by a friend Teal Scott (she carries out shadow house series) For any strong negative thought just go ahead asking the following questions in the order it best suits: 1. What does it mean to you? 2. Why will that be so bad? Once you drill down you will realize the negative thought /strong dislike or hate for a person or the action is closely linked with your shadow self and needs to be worked within rather than asking or expecting the other person to change. As a next article if you like we can do a sample shadow work; feel free to post your queries and will be happy to work it out together – Love Sargam
I have always been really happy being born as a girl child to my parents it was like the best thing that happened to them 🙂 . We are two sisters and our parents did their best to raise us with good values and best of education and encouraged us to practice our free will to choose what we wanted to aspire for.
My parents ensured that we get the best of education and we went to the best of school in the city. Being a girl or a woman felt to be really a gift from god and I still feel it is today. As I moved from school to college I started observing a lot of change around may be I started paying more attention to the discrimination that my friends told they felt in their families specially growing up with their brothers. I was a lot into my dream world since child hood ;drawing, painting, dancing and music was what I enjoyed after my studies. My sister enjoyed helping my mom in kitchen and my mom insisted that I also help her as when I got married the kitchen would be my priority 🙂
I never realized about these things till I was suppose to get married that even with a wonderful education background, a good paying job there was always a scrutiny on will I be a good Wife/Mother/Daughter in Law?? and I am sure this is with so many others like me….
A woman has to look good, speak good, keep the house good , keep the family happy , be sociable …………and the list is endless once all this is taken care she can work and do what she likes 🙂 The report card of our progress always has a scope of lots of improvement 🙂 as we have an impossible expectation from ourselves.
There are standards that have been defined to evaluate a woman on every parameter that society thinks is a must do. Sadly most of us are still struggling to prove our worth to our own families by trying to balance the work and home. I have been working closely with women and as I myself is balancing both I know there can never be full justice to both these roles always. But this does not decrease our own self worth ; “We cannot make others happy if We are not happy”.
We need to define our own self worth and if people love you they will understand and make changes in their life and if they don’t there is no reason for you to think so much 🙂 We also have to stand for each other so wherever you are help and encourage women to shine and grow and be happy; we need that love and support to discover our own self.
A lovely article by Teal Swan ; it is not only women in India but across globe facing similar challenges
